We are a grower of popular Wisconsin culinary herbs. We use no pesticides or artificial fertilizers. All herbs are harvested by hand at the peak of flavor and preserved using various methods according to each plant's requirements. Some are preserved best by hanging to dry naturally, and others are best in a dehydrator to quickly preserve flavors. |

COOKING HERBS variety include THYME, OREGANO, MARJORAM, SAGE, BASIL, and TARRAGON. We also offer a special ITALIAN BLEND. Herbs are packaged in 4 oz. amber spice jars. to help prevent flavor loss due to light. |

TEA BLENDS are prepared from our “Tea Garden”. Popular herbs include : CHAMOMILE, LAVENDER, LEMON VERBENA, LEMON BALM, CATNIP, MINT, and FENNEL. Our current tea blends include: RELAXATION TEA: a blend of lemon balm, rosemary, lavender, chamomile and cloves (organic cloves are the only ingredient not locally grown) LAVENDER MINT TEA: a blend of lavender, chocolate mint & peppermint STOMACH CALMING TEA: a blend of catnip, lemon balm, lemon verbena, peppermint & marjoram More tea blends will be available in fall. |
